The Model 60 comes in 2 models the 60A and 60H. The 60H contains the logic to run an external IC handler. The only reason an individual would need a 60H is if they were going to program/handle a large number of ICs a t a time. Most of the 60H models do not come with the external handler but very often the seller includes the adapter 360A-101 and cable which is useless unless you have the handler.
