Links Golf and Racquet Club Timeshare unite 106, 23rd week Sunday check-in. This week usually falls on the weekend of the first week in June after school is out. We are asking $5000.00. Included is an RCI membership with 2 more years paid up and 1 week space banked and this years condo fees already paid. This is a prime Red time week. This is a deeded ownership and not points although it could be converted. Your week is waiting for check-in on June 08th this year or you can space bank it and exchange it along with the already banked week for a 2 week vacation of your choosing. My wife and I exchanged one of our weeks in 1996 for a condo in France on the French Riviera at Hyeres, how about that!! It is located in North Myrtle Beach at the Links Golf and Racquet Club. It is located just off highway 17 and about 1/2 mile from the beach. The Links runs along the 5th hole of the Possum Trot golf course which is perfect for evening walks and bicycle rides. The drive from Cincinnati takes about 11 hours passing through the Smoky Mountains, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and the Biltmore estates in North Carolina. The whole experience is perfect for the family vacation. Mom & dad the master suite is huge with walk-in closet and your own private deck overlooking the pond. The second bedroom has twin beds and it's own shower. The living room couch folds out for additional sleeping. The unit has it's own washer and dryer. I have owned this condo since 1986 and now that my children are grown adults and on their own my wife and I have no need for this condo anymore. Link web site click here!
